- Something is wrong with the site
- What you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. No account details are ever needed to report a fault, and nobody here will ask for a password.
- Privacy, your ID, or destroying your data
- A request to see what is held about you, to correct it, to delete your account, or to ask about the biometric retention and destruction schedule. The schedule itself is published on the privacy page.
- A listing that looks wrong
- Every listing page carries its own report link, which is the faster route because it arrives attached to the car. Email works too if the listing is already gone.
- An account that has been suspended
- An appeal reaches a person rather than a form, and the reason that was shown on the account is enough to start it.
- Press, partnerships and everything else
- The same address. It is a small company.
What this address is not
It is not a way to reach a buyer or a seller, and staff here never pass a message between two parties in a sale. It is not a payments desk. Nobody from this address will ask for a payment, a card number or a code sent to your phone.
